Rio Ulba, as you drive over it, you will think no way it's to low. Its part canyoneer/kayaking but its over looked and contains some unique classic whitewater. If its high the lower section is great non-stop action. Some waterfalls lurk in the middle and are really flow dependent. The first and second gorge is where all the pictures are from. The first gorge is classic.. There is a zip line company, on the dirt road to San Antonio. There is a trail just past the tomato farm. Walk down to the bridge or look up Andres or Lucho when in Banos and they can give you all the beta.
